Transfer Teacher Accounts

A teacher account can be transferred to another teacher account by anyone with a District Admin Account or a School Admin Account.

If you are a teacher and have the username and password for that account, you can transfer the account yourself. 

If you do not have any of the above, please email support@esgisoftware.com with the following information and we will transfer the account and provide instructions for the new account owner:

  1. Your first/last name
  2. Your email address
  3. Previous account holder’s first/last name
  4. Username of the account (if known)
  5. New account holder’s first/last name
  6. New account holder’s email address
  7. District name
  8. School name
  9. State

Once the account is transferred, the new account holder should update additional information in the account profile:

  1. Log in and click Profile. Update information (username, password, address, etc.).
  2. Go back to the Home Screen. Edit the class name by clicking on the double squares to expand the Class List, click "edit" next to the class name, and rename the class: 
  3. Click "Save".
  4. Edit the signature in the Parent Letter. Click here for the how-to steps.
