Q:
How do I clear my internet browser cache?

A:
Microsoft Internet Explorer

  1.     Open Internet Explorer.

  2.     Click the gear in the upper right corner.

  3.     Hover over Safety and select Delete Browsing History.

  4.     Be sure all boxes are checked.

  5.     Click Delete.

  6.     Exit and re-launch the browser.



Mozilla Firefox

  1.     Click the Firefox tab in the upper left corner.  Select History, then Clear Recent History.

  2.     Make sure "Everything" is selected and all boxes are checked.

  3.     Click OK

  4.     Exit and re-launch the browser.



Safari


  1.     Open Safari.

  2.     Click the gear in the upper right corner.

  3.     Hover over Safety and select Delete Browsing History.

  4.     Be sure all boxes are checked.

  5.     Click Delete.

  6.     Exit and re-launch the browser.

Google Chrome

  1.     Click the Chrome menu in the upper right hand corner of the browser toolbar.

  2.     Hover over "History".  When the menu pops up, click on "History" at the top of the menu.

  3.     Select Clear browsing data on the left side.

  4.     In the dialog box that appears, select the check-boxes for the types of information that you want to remove (typically Browsing History, Download History, Cached Items, and Cookies).

  5.     Use the drop down menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select "beginning of time" to delete everything.

  6.     Click Clear browsing data.
