1. In the "Username" field on the login screen, enter your username or email address associated with your ESGI account, then click "Lost Password?":
2. Enter your email address or username, then "Submit":
3. An email from ESGI Support will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you do not receive the email, remember to check all email inboxes, as well as your spam folder.
Editing Username or Password
Log into your account and click "Profile". Edit your User ID and/or password.
