How do I change my username/password or find out my username/password?


1. If you are not able to login you can click on “Lost Password?” on the login page.





If you have forgotten your password (or username), you can enter the e-mail address you used to sign-up for your ESGI account or your username, and our system will e-mail you a reset password link.  This is what the email will look like:



If you use this feature and do not receive an email, be sure to check your spam folder (or other email accounts, both home and school, if you entered your username).


2. If you are able to login, click on Profile at the top.  You can view/change your Username and change your password.
