iPad Troubleshooting

If you are having issues using ESGI on an iPad, please verify these three important items are in place:

  1. Only Safari is being used. Other browsers (like Chrome and Firefox) are not supported.
  2. The most current iOS is installed.
  3. JavaScript is turned on.

1. This is the icon for Safari:

2. To check if the most current iOS is installed on your iPad:

Tap the Settings button.

Tap General on the left, then tap Software Update on the right.

If no updates are needed, then "Your Software is Up To Date”.

If an update is needed, tap "Download and Install".

3. To check if JavaScript is turned on:

Tap the Settings button.

Tap Safari on the left, then tap Advanced on the right:

Verify that JavaScript is turned on:

Go to www.esgisoftware.com and try logging in again.
