A: Parent letters print in Spanish if the "primary language" of that student is set to Spanish when you add the student to the class list.
If it is set incorrectly, you can click "edit" next to the student's name to change their Primary Language.
**NOTE: If your district is importing students, your students are automatically added to your class list by the district, including the Primary Language. You are unable to edit them. Please contact your district office if you need to request a change of Primary Language for a student.
If you edit the English template, it will NOT update the Spanish template. You must update the Spanish template in Spanish.
