New test sessions or test sessions previously given to students can be manually entered into ESGI.
1. Click on a student's name from your class list, then select the test name that you need to manually enter results for.

2. Click the Add Test Session link.
3. The test card will have the “Not Tested” row highlighted. You can use the Bulk Selector to change all of your answers at once, or you can select each question one by one and check the boxes manually for the items: Correct (Check Mark), Incorrect (X), or leave Not Tested (NT).
4. Once the test items are selected, Change the Test Session Date to when the original session was administered. When you are finished, click the ADD button.
Duplicate a Test Session
When adding a manual test session, the 'duplicate a session' option will copy the previous test results, question notes and summary notes. You can make any changes to the results as needed. The date/time will update automatically.
1. Click on a student's name from your class list, then select the test name that you need to manually enter test results for.
2. Click a Session Detail/Test you would like to duplicate
3. Select the 3 ellipses dots ... at the top of the edit test screen.
4. Select “Duplicate a Session” in the dropdown
5. The duplicated test will copy the previous test results, question notes and summary notes.
6. Answers can be modified one by one, or by selecting the bulk select option at the top of the editing screen. This option enables you to select an entire row of responses, allowing you to choose correct, incorrect, or not tested with ease. Additionally, you can refresh or reset your selections if you need to start over.
7. Change the Date and Time for the test
8. Once you have completed changing test responses, select the “Add” button to add the test.
9.The new test will line up with other tests (if any).
