Select a Subject Tab, then click "Rubric Results":
- The report will run for all students-in the selected class or group
- Once the report runs, easily switch to run the report for another Rubric or Subject Tab by clicking the drop-down arrows.
- Click on any column header to sort by that column.
Report Settings:
- Results: Highest to Lowest- hovering over each item will display text for text-based levels.

Results: Carry Forward
- If Carry forward is checked, the score will reflect the student's last test session regardless which marking period they were tested in. If the student is not tested during the 2nd marking period, the 1st marking period's score will remain.
- If "Carry forward" is not checked, only the scores from specific marking periods are shown.
- Show Baseline: The Baseline Score is the rubric score the student received the first time tested (regardless of the test date or marking period).

Marking Period:
- If the "Current" radio button is selected, only scores from the current marking period will be shown.
- If the "All" radio button is selected, scores from all marking periods will be shown.

Scores-the scores each student received for each criteria, text-based levels will display when hovering over the score value.
The View Chart button will launch the student view of rubric results. Select View All to display the results for all students. The chart will display:

Students-The individual student or all students.

Score- will display in table format

Bar Graph- a representation of each criteria and its level will populate.

Notes and summary notes can be enabled and displayed at the bottom of the report

This report can be downloaded as a PDF. To download a PDF to print and/or email to parents, click “Download". SelectSelect either “One PDF File (a single file that contains all students) or “ZIP” (a zipped folder that contains individual files for each student):
