These are the display options for Test Cards on the Home Screen:
- The ability to switch between Expanded and Classic views
- Sorting and filtering options
- What information is being displayed (data points)
Expanded View and Classic View:
Expanded View - This is the latest redesigned version of the test card with more in-depth data and test details.
Classic View - This is the redesigned style of the previous version of ESGI. You'll notice the pie charts that you know and love, more succinct test information, smaller test cards, and an overall more kid-friendly homepage view.
To switch between the two views - Click on the icon of your preferred view located at the top left above the test cards.
Sorting and Filtering Options:

Expanded View:
- Prominent Test Title
- New test type Icon
- New test sessions icon with the ability to edit test sessions directly from the card
- Move to, Remove, and View Test options
- Prominent test button
- Raw score labeled as Correct Answers or Last Score, depending on the test type
- Last Session Results graph (graph display depends on test type)
- If a single student is selected, the left graph displays the most recent test performance, number of correct answers/total possible answers, and a
- If an entire class or group is selected, the left graph displays the number of students tested/total number of students if group or class is selected.
- Class average results circle graphs (replaces the single pie chart from older versions of ESGI)
- If a single student is selected, the right graph shows the class average based on the last session results for all students who have taken the assessment. Students who have not been tested are not counted in this average.
- If an entire class or group is selected, the right graph shows the class average based on the last session results
- Data progress indicator displaying performance difference between the last session and the second to last session
- Performance indicator displaying difference between the class average and the student’s most recent score
- Number of questions or criteria on that test
- Number of sessions this test has been completed
- Average session time
- Date the test was last administered
Classic View:
- Updated pie chart for Yes/No and Single Score test types
- New rubric icon for Rubric test types
- Color bar to represent each test's color
- Prominent test title
- New test type icon
- Data displaying performance difference between the last session and the second to last session
- Raw score labeled as Correct Answers or Last Score, depending on test type
