The Untested Students report shows the list of students that have not been administered a test within a defined number of weeks. A test can be started directly from this report by clicking on a student and test.
Step-by-step instructions can be found below.
Viewing Untested Students
- Select Reports – Untested Students
- Select the Class or Group and the Subject Tab.
- Select to view the report by Tests or by Students.
a. When on the 'Tests' tab, if Show All is checked, all Students will display. If unchecked, only untested students will display.
b. When on the 'Students' tab, if Show All is checked, all Tests will display. If unchecked, only untested tests will display.
- Select the number of weeks to view students not tested in the selected period (maximum is 40 weeks)
- Navigate to a different subject tab by selecting it from the subject tab column.
- Click on the dropdown menu to the right of the test or student to view the details for that test or student.
Testing a Student
1. Click on the Test button for the test you want to administer.
2. If the test has never been given, you will only be able to select “All Questions.” If this is a retest, you will be able to select “Incorrect and Not Tested.” You also have the option to Shuffle the test question order.
3. The Test name, Class, Student and Subject will be displayed at the bottom of the column.
4. Click "Start" and the test will launch.
5. Once you complete the test, the results will be displayed immediately. You can choose to print Flash Cards. Click Done when finished and you will be returned to the Untested Students report.
