If you are a teacher and have the username and password for that account, you can transfer the account yourself.
If you do not have the above, please complete the Request to Transfer Account form to transfer their account to another teacher. We are unable to transfer accounts that have expired.
Once the account is transferred, the new account holder should update additional information in the account profile:
1. Click the My Account icon on the bottom left of the screen.
2. Click the Expand button
3. Update Personal Information
- Add Profile picture
- Edit Title, First or Last name
- Update Location
- Change email – the email on the account can only be changed by a district administrator or ESGI (by contacting support@esgisoftware.com)
4. Update Login Information
- To change your username, please contact your ESGI District Admin or email support@esgisoftware.com to make any necessary edits.
- To change your password, click on Change Password. Enter your current password, New Password (and re-enter New Password). Save.
5. To edit the class name
- Go back to the Home screen and select the Edit pencil at the top of the column to the right.
- Click on the edit pencil next to the class name.
- Rename the class and click Save Changes.
