The following widgets are available and fully customizable within our new ESGI Admin Dashboard:
Demographic Performance Widget
Students Needing Support Widget
You can make edits to the widgets which you have added to your dashboard (see our Admin Dashboard article to learn how to do this) by clicking the edit widget icon at the top left of the widget you wish to change.
From the Edit Widget view, you can rename your widget by double clicking on the widget’s name field, typing your desired name, and then clicking “Save” Please note, customizing these titles is going to be very important as the dashboard fills up because it helps differentiate 1 widget or data set from another.

Once chosen you will have the option to select the Date Range. Once all your selections have been made, you can apply your customizations by clicking on the "Save” button at the top-right of the widget.
You will now see a list of students that meet all the parameters configured earlier (these parameters are also located in the second row towards the top of the widget.)
Please note, hovering your mouse over a parameter with multiple entities will display all the ones which you’ve selected in a list.
You can also use the arrow buttons at the top-right of the widget to navigate through the pages of data being presented.
If you would like for your data to be displayed over two time periods, go back to the edit widgets view and click on “Two Periods”
You will now have the option to customize the colors of the data associated with the specific Data Ranges which you set as well as all the past, current, and custom Date Range filtering options you had before when configuring by a single period.
Once you’ve configured your selections for the Two Periods, click on the "Save” button at the top-right of the widget.
Doing so will display all your configured data as well as reflect the colors that you selected for each date range. Please note, the order in which the two date ranges are displayed is directly correlated to the order in which they were configured.
You can choose to sort the data by clicking on the Avg. Result header at the top of the column.
The new delta column displayed at the far right of the widget represents the difference in percentages between the two date ranges.
