Q: Where can I access Student Reports in the New Admin Experience?
A. To access Student Reports, first, go to the Data Page from the Admin Dashboard. Then, select either “Classes” or “Students” from the Data Page hierarchy. Next, select one desired class or student and click on the blue “Run Reports” button. This will open a pop up which includes all Student Reports. Q: How do I filter reporting options?
A: Each report includes a filtering option that allows you to sort your data. To use filters, select "Run Report" in the report window. You will see a small black arrow at the top of each column header. Click on this arrow to sort your data.
Q: How can I run reports for multiple groupings of schools, teachers or specialists?
A: Folders are a great way to group your data as needed. Please note that this can only be done for the schools, teachers and specialist hierarchy levels. Folders cannot be created for classes, groups or students.
- Creating a folder is as easy going to your desired level of the hierarchy, selecting all the entities you wish to include and naming your folder.
- Folders appear at the bottom of the Data column.
- Select your folder to run reports for that grouping.
- Existing folders can be renamed and edited to include different entities.

Q: How do I find my teachers (Data)
A: Click on the "Data" option on your Admin Screen's left side. In the Data Window, you will find a tab labeled "Teacher." Click on the Teacher tab, and a drop-down list will appear displaying all your active teachers.
Q: How can I customize the data displayed within Dashboard Widgets
A: The data shown in your dashboard widgets defaults to the current marking period. Follow these steps to adjust the displayed data to a previous marking period or a specific date range:

Open the filter option
- Click the filter icon located to the left of the widget name.

Select a previous marking period or set a custom Date Range
- To choose a specific date range, click in the Date Range field within the filter.
- Select the calendar icon at the top of the menu.
- Pick your desired start date and end date for the data you want displayed.

Save Your Changes
- After making your selections, click Save at the top of the filter menu. The widget will refresh to reflect your chosen date range.
This allows you to view data from any period that suits your needs.
Q. How can I go back to the old Admin version?
A. There is no way to revert to the previous version of the Admin Experience like there is for Teachers. If you have any feedback on the New Admin Experience, we are always open to comments and suggestions for improvements.
