Benchmark Tabs are managed by your District Admin account holder. Each Benchmark Tab is created for a specific grade level for a designated assessment period. Since the tabs are connected to the grade level, they will not show up in an account that does not have one or more students matching the grade level of the benchmark tab. Benchmark tabs from each assessment period are initially published to teachers on the first day of the testing window, chosen by the District Admin account holder. The district admin can choose to keep benchmark tabs visible when the testing window closes, or unpublish it when the testing window closes.
If you do not have the tabs, please check:
- Are you in the Beta Version of ESGI? If not, simply switch to it from your account settings.
- Has your District Admin set up Benchmark Tabs?
- Did your District Admin include your school / student grade level when creating Benchmark Tabs?
- Do you have students in your student list?
- Is at least one of your students matching the grade level for which the tab is designated?
- If you can, double check with the District Admin Account holder to determine whether benchmark tabs should be visible to you. To confirm, district admins should check the grade levels they selected, testing window dates, if they have selected the tabs to stay published, and which schools they have assigned them to.
