Q: How do I set up Benchmark Tabs/Tests?
A: The District Admin account holder is the only user in your district who can configure and publish benchmark subject tabs. If you are the District Admin, please visit our Benchmark Tests - District Admin View Support Page to learn how to do so.
Q: How long are Benchmark Tests available for?
A: Each testing window cannot exceed 40 days and must fall within this preset time frame of each school year:
B.O.Y: August 1 - November 30
M.O.Y: January 1 - March 31
E.O.Y: April 1 - June 30
Please note: Once a testing window closes, it cannot be reopened.
Q: What do I do if my school/ district doesn’t have a District Admin Account?
