Pie Charts

The Pie Charts provide a quick glance of the average percent correct/incorrect on a specific test for a group of students or an individual student. They can be viewed directly from the Home Screen or run as a report. Step-by-step instructions are included below, as well as a video at the bottom of this page.

  

Viewing and Printing Pie Charts for a group of students

1. Select “All Students” on the left and a Subject Tab at the top. The Pie Chart for each test in the selected Subject Tab will be displayed on the Home Screen. For example, the students in the class answered 73% of the questions correctly and 27% of the questions incorrectly on the CVC Words test on the Phonics 1 Subject Tab:

2. To print the Pie Charts report, click “Pie Charts” on the right side of the Home Screen.

3. The report can be run as a class or select "show each student" for individual scores. A different class, student, and Subject Tab can be selected from each drop down menu. The Report can be printed (color or black and white) or downloaded as a PDF.

Viewing and Printing Pie Charts for a specific student

1. Select a student on the left and a Subject Tab at the top. The Pie Charts for each test in the selected Subject Tab will be displayed on the Home Screen. For example, Kenny Adams answered 90% of the questions correctly and 10% of the questions incorrectly on the CVC Words test on the Phonics 1 Subject Tab:

2. To print the Pie Charts report, click “Pie Charts” on the right side of the Home Screen.

3. The Report can be printed (color or black and white) or downloaded as a PDF. A different class, student, and Subject Tab can be selected from each drop down menu.
